- Join and learn how to stress less, eat a more nutritious diet, and improve your sleep and physical activity.
- As a group, we will track our progress and overcome challenges while earning up to 100 points for your weekly activities.
- Come and weigh your options in a fun and fact filled class designed to help you take action to lose the weight. Why Weight?
**This is a 10-week group coaching course. You will meet your Health Coach Weekly for the duration of the program.
