Couch to 5K Walking Program
This 6 week training program is intended for beginners who want to walk their first 5K (3.1 miles). Come prepared to learn techniques of walking, proper breathing, and strengthening exercises. By the end of the program, you will be able to walk a full 5K in 45-55 minutes!
Please wear exercise clothes and walking tennis shoes. Plan to sweat!

Monday & Wednesday
12 PM - 1 PM
We will meet at 701 N San Jacinto and walk various routes around the downtown Houston area for each class.
Space is limited! 15 max participants
*For safety reasons, the group will not meet during extreme inclement weather. Participants will be given exercises to complete on their own.
