Cigna Pharmacy - Prescription refill restrictions have been lifted for South and Central Texas counties for Cigna Pharmacy.

Express Scripts Pharmacy - Prescription refill restrictions waived for those impacted. The specialty pharmacy (Accredo) is providing door-to-door delivery (to shelters, homes, etc.).

Harris County Federal Credit Union (HCFCU) - Employees can apply for emergency assistance and flood relief loans. Please visit HCFCU's website for more details and make sure to put "Hurricane Relief" in the comment box when completing an application. 

Texas County and District Retirement System (TCDRS) - Employees cannot withdrawal from their TCDRS account until they terminate employment.
