Adrian is a Registered Dietitian, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and NASM Certified Behavior Change Specialist. She has a master’s in nutrition sciences and a minor in Spanish from Texas Women’s University. She completed her dietetic internship at the Michael DeBakey Veterans Affairs Medical Center. She previously worked as a healthy lifestyle coach, nutrition program coordinator, and clinical educator. Adrian has extensive experience in education, diabetes management, and behavior change coaching.  In her past time, she enjoys cooking, kickboxing, and spending time with her baby son. Adrian found her passion in wellness coaching through her own weight-loss journey. She said goodbye to crash diets and extreme exercise routines for good! Through realistic lifestyle changes, she was able to lose over 35 pounds. Now, she wants to relive her success by helping you to achieve your health goals!
