In this class we will discuss how to identify triggers that bring about intense emotion, and explore what is needed to return to a state of calm. We will also introduce how to create a personalized calming self-care "playlist" which is a collection of tried and true methods that are effective at calming emotions because knowing how to return to your preferred state of calm helps you navigate life’s heavy moments more easily.
