Resilience is the ability to physically, emotionally, and mentally bounce back from adverse circumstances. In this class, you will be introduced to a variety of different mindfulness practices that can bring about greater resilience and follow along in a guided activity which can help you to redirect your thoughts and actions when you are feeling the weight of stress.
