Class Description:
This class introduces whole body stretches that are designed to relieve tension and discomfort in the targeted areas, while also increasing flexibility. You will walk away with a routine that will help you increase and maintain your flexibility to fee great every day. To follow along, have these optional items available; exercise mat, tennis ball, and resistance band.
