Follow along in a 30 minute mindfulness meditation practice with guided imagery to inspire new beginnings and positive thinking this year. In this class, mindfulness mediation and meditation postures will first be introduced to optimize comfort and to allow group participants to engage fully in the meditation. Simply grab a meditation pillow or cushion if you have one, or find a comfortable spot to follow along.
