Healthy Actions Medical Plan Credit

How do I get credit for the Healthy Actions Medical Plan? 
You will receive 50 points toward the 2020-2021 Healthy Actions Medical Plan by participating in the walk/run portion of the 5K.

In order to receive credit for walking or running the 5K, you MUST enter your time on the link provided between August 24 - August 29.  We are only able to award credit to those with finishing times.

*New Employees: If you are new and not benefits-eligible as of August 29, 2020, you will earn credit for participating; however, the credit will not post until you become benefits-eligible. 

How long is a 5K?

How long is a 5K race?
5K = 3.1 miles

Can I walk?
Absolutely! Take as much time as you need.

Is there a pace requirement? 
No, you can take as long as it takes you to complete this race. You don't have to complete the race at a certain pace.

How to Submit Your Time

How do I upload my results?

After you complete your 5K (3.1 miles), upload your time to Race Roster. 


Packet Delivery

When is packet pick-up?
Packets will be mailed to the address provided during registration. We will no longer offer an in-person pick up option. 

What do I get at packet pick-up?
All participants will receive a shirt and vendor give-aways.

Can I switch my shirt size?
No. There are limited quantities of each size. You will receive the shirt size you registered for.

What happens if my address changed?
If your address changed, please contact to let us know. 

Racer Information

Do I need to wear my bib? 

Bibs are not required to be worn, but will be available to print if you do wish to wear it. Your pre-race email will have information on how to download and print your bib. 

What should I wear to run? 

If running outdoors, watch your local weather station for forecast. Rain gear, sunscreen, bug spray, a hat/visor, sunglasses, personal hydration/nutrition is advised if necessary. 

Be sure to wear a fitness tracker while running, or use an app on your phone to keep your time.
