Healthy Actions Medical Plan Credit

How do I get credit for the Healthy Actions Medical Plan? 
You will receive 50 points toward the 2021-2022 Healthy Actions Medical Plan by participating in the virtual 5K.

In order to receive credit, you MUST enter your time on the link provided between April 17 - April 30th. We are only able to award credit to those with finishing times. Late times will not be accepted.

*New Employees: If you are new and not benefits-eligible as of April 30, 2021, you will earn credit for participating; however, the credit will not post until you become benefits-eligible. 

How long is a 5K?

How long is a 5K race?
5K = 3.1 miles

Can I walk?
Absolutely! Take all the time you need.

Is there a pace requirement? 
No, you can take as long as it takes you to complete this race. You don't have to complete the race at a certain pace.

How to Submit Your Time

How do I upload my results?

After you complete your 5K (3.1 miles), upload your time between April 17th - April 30th. Refer to the email you received, or visit the 5K website and click "Submit Virtual Results".

Packet Shipping

How will packets be distributed?
Packets will be mailed to the shipping address provided during registration. We will no longer offer an in-person pick up option. 

What do I get in my packet?
All participants will receive a shirt and vendor give-aways. Due to budgeting, we will only distribute 3,500 shirts in the order of registration.

Can I switch my shirt size?
No. There are limited quantities of each size. You will receive the shirt size you registered for.

What happens if my address changes before the packets ship?
If your address changes, please log back into your 5K account and update your address. All addresses must be updated before March 31, 2021.

Racer Information

What should I wear to run? 

If running outdoors, watch your local weather station for forecast. Rain gear, sunscreen, bug spray, a hat/visor, sunglasses, personal hydration/nutrition is advised if necessary. 

Be sure to wear a fitness tracker while running, or use an app on your phone to keep your time.

If running with a buddy, please remember social distancing.
